ELECTRICAL TEST METERING AND COMMISSIONING OF METERING
VISUAL AND MECHANICAL
Examine all devices for broken parts, indication of shipping damage and wire connection tightness.
Verify meter connections in accordance with single line meter and relay diagram.
Verify meter scale is compatible with Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer and/or transducer ratings.
ELECTRICAL TESTS
Calibrate all meters and transducers in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Verify meter deflection and accuracy at 0, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 100% full scale values. Provide calibration data.
Verify all meter multipliers.
Verify instrument transformer secondary wiring terminal to terminal.
