Summary of actions
We have to started second cluster optimization on Cluster_2. Cluster_6 generally contains Mazandaran provinces sites. There are totally 45 NodeB in second cluster. General problem is High drop rate and low accessibility rate due to some kind of congestion and transmission Link capacity problems.
We have solved congestion problems even Uplink Power congestion and HSUPA User congestion. After solving of congestion there are PDU retransmission rate is started to deteriorate due to transmission link capacity and link quality problems. Totally 11 CRs where implemented..

Cluster level KPI comparison
Cluster KPI Comparison (Cluster_1 )
R99 PS RAB SSR affacted after implemenation of call re establishment CR and still under monitoring. We found which swithces affected this KPI and right now it is more than 99%.
Degredation on PS Traffic is because of internation GW (5-13 and 21-22 October) and DL Throughput is because of Mazandaran and Markazi TX problem.

DT results
DT comparison plots and Issues
We cannot compare DT result due to we were not perform after DT. Because there are high PDU Retransmission Rate, IP Path Lost Rate on Mazandaran provinces. If we were perform DT, DT result will not show any success rates due to those problems.

After analysis cells of above Node’s, we were found; high uplink power congestion, high downlink power congestion, high HSUPA user congestion. Due to the congestions cell RAB Setup Success Rate, RRC Setup Success Rate, throughput rate, drop rate was bad conditions…
For solutions we were done below specific action actions shown in tables…
Note: Transmission issue is not solved yet on Mazandaran provinces… It is pending on TX team…
