We have to started second cluster optimization on Cluster_6.. Cluster_6  generally contains Kerman Provinces sites.. There are totally 31 NodeB in second cluster..  General problem is High drop rate and low accessibility rate due to some kind of congestion and  transmission Link capacity problems..
We have solved congestion problems even  Uplink Power congestion and HSUPA User congestion..  After solving of congestion there are PDU retransmission rate is started to deteriorate due to  transmission link capacity and link quality problems..

Cluster_6 comparison shown in below table..
Note :  Hsdpa/Hsupa throughputs are not improved due to there are PDU Retransmission Rate start to deteriorate by the transmission  link capacity and link quality.. That issue waiting increment of Link capacity / Bandwidth definition by transmission department..
