| Disconnect operates correctly (open and close) – freely, no excessive force required. |
| Red arc barriers are in place between the T-lead connections, fuses, & bus on top of contactors. |
| Shutters are closed when disconnect is open. |
| Door will not open when disconnect is closed. |
| Mechanical indicators are operational. |
| All components are in good condition – no damaged, loose, or missing parts. |
| Contactor closes properly. |
| Contactor opens properly. |
| Multilin trip contact opens contactor (if this can be tested). |
