The CONTRACTOR shall make available from time to time to the SUBCONTRACTOR such part or parts of the Subcontract Works Site to enable the SUBCONTRACTOR to execute the Subcontract Works in accordance with the Subcontract. However, the CONTRACTOR shall not be bound to give the SUBCONTRACTOR exclusive possession or exclusive control of any part of the Subcontract Works Site.
The CONTRACTOR shall review and/or approve, to the extent it deems necessary, drawings, specifications, schedules, plans, procedures and the like as may be prepared by the SUBCONTRACTOR. However, such review or approval shall not relieve the SUBCONTRACTOR of any obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities under the Subcontract.
The CONTRACTOR shall supervise the Subcontract Works at the Subcontract Works Site. However, such supervision shall not relieve the SUBCONTRACTOR of any obligation, responsibilities, or liabilities under the Subcontract.
The CONTRACTOR shall furnish Materials and CONTRACTOR’s Equipment, tools and consumables as specified in the Subcontract.
