2.1 Only Drivers with SAG valid license is allowed to drive transport vehicle. 2.2 Ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained, inspected and in good condition. 2.3 Drivers shall abide all the SAG traffic regulations and Client/ Saudi Aramco traffic requirements at all times. 2.5 Ensure that the vehicle is appropriate, adequate and sufficient as per the type of elements to be loaded. 2.6 Seat belts must be properly working and vehicles must have a portable first aid kit and fire extinguisher. |

4.1. Prior to use, Crane shall be Inspected. And the certificate of crane and operator shall be submitted to SKEC & SA. All riggers certificate shall be verified by SKEC & SA. 4.2. The Capacities of crane and lifting gears certified shall be meet the load. 4.7 Only Saudi Aramco Certified riggers shall rig the loads. 4.8 Slings and rigging hardware that are inspected and in good condition shall be use. 4.11 Only qualified operators/drivers 4.12 Control of any moving load or material shall be maintained at all times. Designated flagman will provide guidance to any moving power equipment. 4.13 Adequate clearances shall be maintained. Jacks shall be operated by hands, not by foot. 5.1 Storage or lay down area must be fenced and barricaded and only authorized personnel are allowed to conduct any activity therein. 5.2 Ensure that flammable materials which are stored in a store room area are equipped with proper ventilation system. (e.g., air conditioning unit and exhaust fan). 5.3 The issuing and receiving of goods for storage shall be under the control of a responsible person (e.g., material controller, storekeeper, unit foreman). Inventories must be officially recorded, maintained and updated. 5.4 Materials and Equipment’s must be covered and protected from the anticipated changing environmental conditions. Ventilation or temperature requirement in storing must be complied as per manufacturer’s recommendation and Aramco Standard Requirements. 5.5 Materials must be properly sorted and segregated as per Aramco Loss Prevention Standard Requirements 5.6 Maintain good housekeeping by implementing “5S” 5. 7 Chemicals which could be flammable and combustible must be separated from other materials. 5.8 Warning of dangers associated with hazardous materials shall be posted at their storage location. Chemical Hazard Bulletin (CHB’s) and/or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) shall be readily available (e.g., ins Supervisors office or posted on the storaae area bulletin board). 5.9 In addition, the following shall be affixed on hazardous materials/chemicals in order of preference:
5.10 All compressed gas cylinders must be stored separately. Cylinders shall be stored in a safe and accessible location. Cylinder storage locations shall be a dry, well ventilated area prepared and reserved for that purpose. 5.11 Location and/or spacing requirements for cylinder storage areas shall be in accordance with SAES-B-055. 5.12 Cylinders shall be chained, secured in an upright position with wheelers or trolley; use bottle/cylinder racks wherever possible. 5.13 Regulators must be removed and protective caps must be installed if not in use 5.15 Cylinders should not be stored in a location where they are subjected to be expose to open flames or any place that has source of ignition 5.16 Sufficient number of fire extinguishers must be provided in lay down areas, especially the location where high probability of fire is located (e.g., compressed gasses and chemical storage areas). 5.17 Accumulation of combustible and flammable materials must be removed. 5.18 Smoking is only allowed as per designated area equipped with fire extinguisher. 5.19 Electrical lines, equipment’s and junctions must be properly inspected periodically.
