• Joint Site Inspection, Planning and Prepare the site for work • Unauthorized work

• All tools shall be inspected before using and proper color coded. Equipment’s shall be certified as per SA standards.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly inspected by competent person before use.

• Torqueing machine hose connection must be tight and secure by whiplash arrester.• Ensure use bolt bags secured to structure to avoid falling bolts or tools.

• Bolts Tightening • Improperly bolt installation and tightening.

• Competent technician will be perform bolts installation and tightening activity.

• All Equipment’s, Cranes operators and riggers shall be certified and record shali be submitted to HSE Department for approval.
• All rigging activities perform by SA

• All cranes shall be levelled in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and shall be located on a properly compacted foundation prior to performing any lift.
• During a lift, the crane’s outrigger shall be fully extended and lowered to raise the wheels and level the crane, unless otherwise specified in the crane manufacturer’s load chart.
• Outrigger mats shall be used under all crane outrigger float pads during crane 11 ft. It shall be designed to support the total weight of the crane load to be lifted. Mats shall not be permanently secured to the outrigger pads.
• Riggers to be assigned length of boom to be used as radius of barricaded area on the ground.
• Work at Height • Fall of personnel from height.
• Scaffold collapse.

• Safety training work at height shall be attended from HSE Department.

• Full body Harness shall be strictly required when working at height and 100+ tie off.

• GFCI or ELCB Fitted competent Electrician will perform Electrical work.• Have the area cordoned not to allow unauthorized entry from workers not involved in the activity.
• Unwanted materials need to be taken off to prevent obstruction and tripping hazard.
• Use insulated terminal screw driver while removing the wire connection.
• Working in adverse weather condition or sandstorm • Personnel may suffer heat stress related sickness during hot season.
• Dehydration• Sand particles can cause eye irritation
• Job supervisor shall make sure that regular supply of water is available and complete checklist and record shall be maintain by HSE department.

• Frequent rest cycle to be implemented when necessary.
• Cold water and drinking cups shall be available all the time.
• Safety goggles or safety glass with side shields shall be used.
• Stoppage of work if bad weather conditions persist

• Housekeeping • Debris causing slips, trips and falls • Regular housekeeping shall be performed.
• Adequate and correct stacking of materials.
• Regular inspection and immediate corrective action.
• Unwanted materials shall be disposed of promptly and not to be stockpiled.
• All usable excess materials shall be stored to an area where it cannot pose tripping hazard.
