Verify Received materials have been inspected for damage and for compliance to applicable requirements.
Verify Equipment Storage and Protection is as per Manufacturer’s Recommendation.
Verify that the received materials are new and unused.
Verify that material and accessories are in accordance with the Saudi Aramco-approved project-specific design drawings, diagrams, schedules, lists, databases, and associated design documents
Verify the received Speaker material Comply with the project PO specification and shall conform to all applicable requirements, standards, and specifications prior to release to be used as part of the work.
Verify all received station handsets are designed to be disconnected from the communications network whenever the handset is on-hook (not in use).

NEMA type 4X – for outdoor non hazardous location”
Verify the enclosures for hazardous locations (Class I Division 1 & 2), comply with NEMA type 7 in addition to NEMA type 4X.
Verify that specification for station interconnection cables meet SAES-T-481
Verify the number of Acoustical booths received for the party paging stations in areas where ambient noise levels exceeds 80 dBA, meets the number as per the PO.
Verify Equipment and materials identification procedure is implemented for the received items.
Ensure that equipment and accessories shall be traceable from the manufacturer and supplier through delivery, storage, fabrication, erection, installation, repair, modification and use.
