TYPICAL RIG PLAN OF MODULE STRUCTURE | RIGGING PROCEDURE

In this article we are going to discuss steps for rigging procedure and module structure typical rig plan. 

RIGGING PROCEDURE:

1. CRANE SHALL POSITION AS SHOWN.
2. ATTACH RIGGING TACKLES TO THE HOOK BLOCK AND TO THE LOAD.
3. RIGGER DESIGNATED AS SIGNAL MAN SHALL ENSURE PLUMBNESS OF CRANE HOIST.

4. CRANE SHALL INITIATE A TRIAL LIFT. SLOWLY LIFT LOAD APPROX. 500 MM ABOVE GROUND. CHECK CORRECT ORIENTATION AND OBSERVE FOR IRREGULARITIES.
5. CONTINUE HOIST UP LOAD HIGHER THAN EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 1000 M DISTANCE.
6. THEN CRANE SHALL SLOWLY SLEW LOAD TOWARDS SETTING POINT.
7. WHEN LOAD IS ON SETTING POSITION, CRANE SHALL SLOWLY HOIST DOWNLOAD.
8. RIGGERS SHALL DETACH RIGGING TACKLES AFTER INSTALLATION.

RIGGING PROCEDURE:
RIGGING PROCEDURE:

1. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN MM. UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
2. REFER TO RA TED LOAD CHARTS FOR CRANE CAPACITIES.
3. WORK IN-CHARGE SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CHECK SITE CONDITION PRIOR COMMENCING WITH THE WORK. ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR UNUSUAL CONDITION SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE RIGGING
ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY.

4. PROVIDE TAG LINES PRIOR TO LIFTING
5. THIS RIGGING PLAN WAS PREPARED BASE ON AVAILABLE DRAWINGS AND INFORMATION, REQUIREMENT
TO SUITE ACTUAL CONDITION UPON DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT SHALL BE CORRECTED ON SITE WITH CLIENT
REPRESENTATIVE CONSENT.

6. PROVIDE 1M x 2M x 25MM STEEL PLATE SHALL PLACE UNDERNEATH CRWLER CRANE.
1. RIGGERS AND CRANE OPERATORS MUST HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION.
