Locally Mounted Controller Commissioning Checklist
Following is the commissioning checklist related to locally mounted controller.
- Instrument verified per specification sheet.
- Scale/tag correct.
- Installed as per piping and instrument drawings.
- Air supplies:
- Provided
- Blown down
- Set at required pressure
- Shutoff provided
- Instrument accessible.
- Instrument correctly supported.
- Environment OK. No excess heat, vibration, or splash.
- Installed as required:
- Siphon
- Overrange protection
- Snubber
- Seal
- Output ranged in manual. Correct valve(s) responds.
- Sensing and/or transmission lines leak checked.
- Controller calibrated per manufacturer’s instruction manual.
- Controller functionally tested.
