  • Inertia switch set.
  • System wired per electrical drawing.
  • Power supply connected.
  • Vibration probe, calibration and trip settings checked.
  • Probe gaps set.
  • Time delay set.
  • Each trip functionally opens starter.
  • Shutdown bypass functionally checked.
  • Proximitor low voltage cables routed separately from power wiring.
  • Each indicator/annunciator point verified with alarm trip.
  • Proximitors and small BNC connectors checked for loose wiring.
