SUSPENDED CEILING WORK JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS & RISK ASSESSMENT

Lack of knowledge Possibility of personnel InJUry. M L M Toolbox talk related to potential hazards will be conducted every day before the work.
Lack of the Communication Cause serious problem in case of emergency M L M Handset radios will be used for communication.
Adverse Weather Conditions such as wind, rain or snow Possibility of personnel InJUry M L M The direction and speed of wind will be taken into consideration. If speed of wind exceeds 15m/s or it rains the work will be suspended. If the temperature lowers than O degrees, the work will be stopped.
Use of hand tools Possibility of personnel Injury M L M All equipment and hand tools will be in Good condition and checked prior to use.
working at height fatality or body injury H L M Wearing Full Body Harness, double lynards, shock absorbers (R2), tied off
Life Lines, Certified Scaffolders, supply
work platforms.
Scaffold Collapse Hazard to labours around of scaffold  H L M All scaffold structures shall be erected as per GS scaffolding safety standrad.
Scaffolding Fall/ Injury Body injuries H L M Erection of scaffold, inspection and approval by certified personnel according to the level of the their certification. Use PPE properly. Use safety full body harness with lanyards and with shock absorbers above 6 feets.
Access Injuries & equipment  damage L L L Induction toolbox talks. platforms, certified and tagged stairs. Provide platforms, certified and tagged stairs. 

Toolbox talks will be conducted related to above hazards that can arise from the works in addition to general hazards related to nature of construction work.
Note: PTW receiver & Safety Officer will be present throughout operation.
