Received materials have been inspected for damage and for compliance to applicable requirements
Verify Conduit Fitting and Accessories Storage and Protection is as per Manufacturer’s Recommendation
The material received were verified and comply with the project PO specification and shall conform to all applicable requirements, standards, and specifications prior to release to be used as part of the work
Verify that all fittings for NEMA TC 8 conduit conform to the specification requirements of NEMA TC 9.
Verify Conduit spacers received will be providing a minimum of 38 mm separation between conduits in all concrete encased conduit sections.
Verify Plastic conduit bends, couplings and fittings are marked as required by NEMA TC 9.
Check that the received PVC solvent cement and primers is the correct type with a valid expiration date.
Verify that the received materials are new and unused.
Verify that material and accessories are in accordance with the Saudi Aramco-approved project-specific design drawings, diagrams, schedules, lists, databases, and associated design documents
Verify Equipment and materials identification procedure is implemented for the received items.
Ensure that equipment and accessories shall be traceable from the manufacturer and supplier through delivery, storage, fabrication, erection, installation, repair, modification and use.
