Telecom Equipment Racks & Accessories Material Receiving Checklist

  1. Received materials have been inspected for damage and for compliance to the requirements of the approved PO.
  2. Verify that received equipment racks, fittings and accessories are new and unused.
  3. Verify that received equipment racks, fittings and accessories are in accordance with the Saudi Aramco-approved project-specific design drawings, diagrams, schedules, lists, databases, and associated design
  4. documents.
  5. Verify that all equipment racks and components received comply with the project PO specification and shall conform to all applicable requirements, standards, and specifications prior to release to be used as
  6. part of the work.
  7. Verify material handling, storage and preservation is as specified in all applicable specifications, manufacturer recommendations and SAUDI ARAMCO’s standards.
  8. Verify Equipment and materials identification procedure is implemented for the received items.
  9. Ensure that material and accessories shall be traceable from the manufacturer and supplier through delivery, storage, fabrication, erection, installation, repair, modification and use.
