Received materials have been inspected for damage and for compliance to the requirements of the approved PO.
Verify the received horizontal connecting hardware material list include the followings:
White/Gray backboard (for first & second level cross-connect), Cross-connect blocks (such as 66M block connectors), patch panels, jumper wires and patch cords.”
Verify that received horizontal connecting hardware and accessories are new and unused.
Verify that received horizontal connecting hardware and accessories are in accordance with the Saudi Aramco-approved project-specific design drawings, diagrams, schedules, lists, databases, and associated design documents.
Verify that all material and components received comply with the project PO specification and shall conform to all applicable requirements, standards, and specifications prior to release to be used as part of the work.
Verify that material handling, storage and preservation is as specified in all applicable specifications, manufacturer recommendations and SAUDI ARAMCO’s standards.
Verify Equipment and materials identification procedure is implemented for the received items.
Ensure that material and accessories shall be traceable from the manufacturer and supplier through delivery, storage, fabrication, erection, installation, repair, modification and use.
